How You Profit
- Each affiliate partner invests according to their selected tier, and the amount invested will be refunded in full at the end of the 5year term.
- For every partner, Aadrita reserves/leases a fixed number of complimentary nights and days of accommodation** per year (varying by tier) with priority booking, and these entitled nights may also be rented out directly by the investor.
- Fixing of the rental price is at the sole discretion of the investor, allowing full control over potential returns.
- The current rate of accommodation in Kodagu typically ranges between ₹15,000–₹20,000 per day, and projections are based on a conservative reference rate of ₹15,000 per day.
- There are no additional charges towards maintenance or operations; Aadrita retains the right to use all facilities for occupants, while food, beverages and any other optional services are chargeable separately.
- Accommodation inventory is shared between the parties, with a defined 55% allocation for affiliate partners and 45% for Aadrita.
