How You Earn
- The current rate of accommodation in Kodagu is between ₹15,000-20,000 per day, we have projected a conservative rate of ₹10,000 per day.
- Fixing of price is at the sole discretion of the investor.
- No additional charges towards maintenance and operations. Aadrita reserves the right to use all the facilities by occupants.
- Food, beverage and any other optional services is chargeable.
- Accommodation will be shared in the ratio of 42% for Affiliated investors, 58% for Aadrita
